How does a university include?
How does a department or program in that university include?
How does the environment and society situating the university and individual programs include?

These three questions are inter-related, though the answers do not necessarily correspond. The university, department, and society at large could each have their own mode of inclusion (and exclusion).

In this episode, with the help of Valentina, known as 芳玲 by her classmates and teachers in the program, I turn to my own institute and reflect from within how we include international students and have yet to learn to include.
